There are three molecules painkillers

What are the potential side effects of paracetamol?
It may, but is rare, cause disturbances in blood and skin type rash or hypersensitivity reactions.
Attention high-dose acetaminophen can cause liver damage. It is therefore essential not to exceed the dosage prescribed or indicated on the leaflet, and if you take other medications, to ensure they do not contain, too, paracetamol!
What are the side effects of anti-inflammatory drugs?
Aspirin and ibuprofen can cause gastrointestinal disturbances (nausea, heartburn) and allergic reactions.
If making prolonged and / or large doses, there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcers. So again, careful not to exceed the dose and duration of treatment.
Attention also to interactions between drugs: some, in the case of anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs and corticosteroids, if taken together with aspirin or ibuprofen, potentiate the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and d ‘ulcer.
