Protect yourself from breast cancer

All women are at risk of developing breast cancer, but you can still minimize your chances by being informed and making the right choice of lifestyle. You can not control risk factors such as age or heredity, but you can certainly change your eating habits and your level of exercise. Ready to put all chances on your side? Now!
1st Commandment 1: Your weight you control
An important link has been established between aion items and breast cancer. It is therefore important to find the right weight for your age and your size (healthy weight) and maintain it. Calculate your BMI to see if you’re on the right track.

Be sure to have a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables, whole grains and protein to maintain or achieve a healthy weight.

British researchers have found an increased incidence of breast cancer among women who drank about one alcoholic drink per day. So you either cut completely or restrict you to a drink or two occasionally … Now!
5th commandment: Flaxseed you eat
Your risk of developing breast cancer is related to the number of estrogen (a kind of hormone) content in your body during your life. Phytoestrogens are a natural component of the body, which tends to reduce the flow of estrogen in it. Flaxseed is by far the most foods containing lignans (86mg per serving of 30g), a type of phytoestrogens, which appears to reduce the production of estrogen and may even prevent, or at least slow down the development of certain forms of cancer, including breast cancer. Then add one everywhere: in your morning cereal, in yogurt, cereal, etc..

6th commandment: “You will smoke does not
Several studies have demonstrated a link between smoking and breast cancer. The more years of smoking, the greater the risk of cancer also increases. A U.S. study has shown that a woman who smokes about a pack of cigarettes a day for 11 years was between 30 and 40% more likely to have breast cancer compared to women who do not smoke.
